Takes Only 30 Minutes Fun and active, this fast paced,  controlled workout routine takes only 30 minutes 3 times a week to see amazing results!  Work out alone or with friends, Circuit Training is never boring!  Great results have never been so easy.

The Circuit Room


Our perfectly balanced aerobic and anaerobic exercise stations concentrate on building strength, toning muscles and burning fat. 


Each station is performed for a short period of time, then there is a brief rest until you move to the next station and begin to work the next muscle group.  Continue until all stations are completed and then repeat!  Super simple and super effective.


Of course will all exercise routines, regardless of your experience level, be sure to check with your doctor and let him/her know what type of training you wish to participate in.  Circuit training is very effective, and done properly can yield amazing results!
