The Lifestyle Centre is a new 5000 square foot facility in South Surrey that was created to assist small businesses and trainers who are looking for a clean, bright and affordable space to host their programs 24/7 without the expense and risk of signing a long term lease (and leaseholds). In today's economic downturn, businesses need to join forces, network and share resources. We believe that finding exceptional resources that need beautiful and professional space to operate out of is invaluable in the support of the economy. When times are tough, new businesses shouldn't take the risk of signing a lease, paying for leaseholds and increased capital expenditures. They need to focus on keeping overhead low, create fantastic marketing that draws in customers that will be the building blocks of a successful business. After time (sometimes not long at all!) with a solid customer base at hand and a proven stream of revenue, you may find a greater need for your own space. But until then...don't risk it. We have exceptional spaces available for rent on an hourly, daily, weekly or long term basis for the right business/individuals that are not only functional, but premium at a very affordable price. We currently have four (4) spaces available: Large studio This is a 26 x 26 foot clear room with beautiful hard wood floors, 15 foot ceilings bright natural light and mirrored wall. It is suitable for a fitness or active type program or larger studio. It can be set up with tables and chairs, or simply used as is for fitness type programs. Large Classroom 
This is a large 32 x 18 foot classroom with high ceilings, tables and chairs, a teacher's desk, sink and counter, shelves, white boards and flip chart. It is perfect for seminars, or adult education programs. Capacity is 25-30. Hourly rate $18 Daily Rate $ $125 Weekly and Monthly Rates (please call)
Small open Bistro/Restaurant for private meetings and/or lunch meetings. \ This is a small bistro restaurant within the Lifestyle centre that is available for private or lunch meetings. This room is free – but users must order function food from Bistro Menu. FREE WITH CATERING FOOD ORDERS
The Circuit Room This is a full fitness circuit training room with 7 machines, tread mill, elliptical and free weights. Perfect for a personal trainer to use with clients. No overhead, lots of equipment in great shape. Rates $15 per client/per hour training session. Must book in advance as space is limited.

This is a premium space that is located in South Surrey BC on the corner of 20th and 152nd Street. It has 12 private parking spaces as well as street parking for overflow.
